Some people claimed that 60.5x.xxx.xxx kind of IPs are faster than 60.5x.xx.xx IPs. To find out whether it’s true or not, we need to do some mythbusters experiment. Let start with the 60.5x.xx.xx IP.
60.5x.14.xx Speed Test

Download speed average:
(491 + 443 + 552)/3 = 495.33kbps
Upload speed average:
(56 + 59 + 72)/3 = 62.33kbps
60.5x.106.xxx Speed Test

Download speed average:
(494 + 444 + 556)/3 = 498kbps
Upload speed average:
(59 + 123 + 50)/3 = 77.33kbps
So my test shows that the fact is true that 60.xx.xxx.xxx kinda IPs are faster in both download and upload. How about you?
