I have successfully deployed a complete web server with CentOS 5.1 today. All common services such as Apache, Mysql, mail server and even Ispconfig are running properly now. In case you want to know how I did it, I would recommend a nice tutorial by Falko which you can find here. I skipped the first and second page of the tutorial because I have chosen to install in text mode as it is much more faster. The only problem I had is the mail Smtp server. I could not send any message because the port 25 was blocked. Luckily, we can relay the email to another mail server such as gmail.com. Once again, Falko will explain on how to configure postfix to relay the email here. Overall, everything can be done within 4 hours but now I have to sleep.
